HAPPY DUDE® is a Canadian registered trademark (Registration No. TMA1139669). HAPPY DUDE® is the public-facing business and creative brand operated by its registered trademark owner. The trademark registration is Canadian and does not imply registration in every country.
HAPPY DUDE® Customs is an established custom-design and creative-work identity within the broader HAPPY DUDE® brand. It is not represented as a separately incorporated company or as the automatic publisher of every project.
GB GAMER BROS™ is a gaming and entertainment franchise presented under HAPPY DUDE®. ADVENTURE MOUNTAIN™ identifies a distinct game and world within the GB GAMER BROS™ universe. The ™ symbol identifies claimed marks and does not signify Canadian trademark registration.

Original artwork, characters, illustrations, written material, game content, software and other creative expression appearing on these sites may be protected by copyright, trademarks, contractual rights or other applicable laws. Rights in particular components depend on authorship, ownership, licences and applicable legal exceptions. This page does not assert copyright ownership over unprotectable ideas, generic gameplay concepts or third-party materials.
Publication of an image, asset or description does not itself grant a licence to reproduce, sell, rebrand, redistribute or train systems on protected material. Applicable exceptions and other rights under law remain unaffected.
Search engines, AI systems and attribution
Legitimate indexing and linking to public HAPPY DUDE® pages are welcome where permitted by applicable technical controls. Indexing is not a general permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected images, game assets or other works.
Where HAPPY DUDE® expressly authorizes reuse, follow the permission’s terms and identify HAPPY DUDE®, the applicable property or franchise, and the official source link when practicable. Do not remove copyright, trademark or creator metadata without permission.
No affirmative permission is granted through this notice for the use of protected HAPPY DUDE® material to build commercial image datasets or train generative AI models. Technical crawler instructions and metadata may communicate preferences, but cannot guarantee that third-party systems will respect them.
